Purchased Product With Free Domain

In the event any purchased product includes a free domain name, if you cancel the purchased product, the list price for the domain name will be deducted from the refund amount (the list price is the price of the domain name listed on SMARTCERBERUS.com, website and is not subject to any promotion, discount, or other reduction in price).

Hosting Services

If a Hosting Service has already been performed, then it is non-refundable (if not yet performed, eligible for a refund within 30 days of the date of the transaction).

Sending Emails

We use emails to communicate with you, to confirm your placed orders, and to send information that you have requested. We also provide email links, as on our "Contact SMARTCERBERUS" page, to allow you to contact us directly. We strive to promptly reply to your messages.

What Happens to my Personally Identifiable Information if I Terminate my SMARTCERBERUS Account?

When your SMARTCERBERUS account is cancelled (either voluntarily or involuntarily) all of your personally identifiable information is placed in "deactivated" status on our relevant SMARTCERBERUS databases. However, deactivation of your account does not mean your personally identifiable information has been deleted from our database entirely.
